Marko Pecarevic is the Manager of the Protected areas and Governance program at WWF Adria, covering all countries of the Western Balkans. He has a M.A. in Conservation biology and experience of working on environmental conservation in public, private and non-governmental organizations. Conservation and policy experience in the Balkans, Switzerland, the EU, Caribbean, Middle east, and the US in project development, agenda setting, and implementation. Professional focus is on the topics related to protected areas, but also a keen urban ecologist with special interest in entomology.
